Service Description

Attend IEP meetings with parents or on behalf of the parent Attend parent and teacher conferences with parents or on parent behalf Set up a parent meeting Collect data on the students ( ie report cards, progress reports, and progress toward annual goals) Make contact with teachers Contact parent at least twice per quarter Connect parents with outside tutoring resources Offer support and coping strategies to parent/student Attend court if needed Conduct school site visits for student Help both parent and student transition Conduct parent coaching (once per quarter)
